I just took the assesment test for Outback and I just wanted to get an idea of whether or not i have a good chance of passing…Does anyone who passed the test know what kinds of answers they are looking for? Was it a mix of agree and disagree or more strongly agrees, etc.? And also the shapes section of the test.
they dont look at the answers after you take the test the computer has some sort of rating system usually red yellow or green. green being the best. thats all they look at. so just make yourself look like like a perfect person on the test and you will be green
