I have heard a couple of different things…some say they only have an interview process and they don’t need prev. work experience and get hired the same day…others have said there’s an intense 3 part hiring process/test. Does anyone know if it just varies from location to location?

Fill out an application. Hand to manager. Manager speaks with you and gives you a day when you can come in to take your Personality Test, which also includes a brief math test. One on One interview. after this you get a 2nd Interview scheduled….you come in and its another one on one interview with multiple Scenario questions.
then at the end of the 2nd interview he/she decided if u get the job….or he may say “Will call you” but i dont see that very often with Host.Bus.Takeaway. or Server positions….Ive worked at Outback in my area for almost a year…management is awesome..food is good…money is good. will work around your college schedule so thats what really drew me into working there.
