Well, its a tough choice I understand and also depends on your liking. I have been a big fan of restaurants on the strip but I think there are quite a few very nice restaurants off-strip in Vegus that are worth exploring. But in your case, your choices are limited to the strip if you don’t plan to rent a car. For breakfast, you can pick any casino buffet. I would try different buffet everyday, personally I like the one in CircusCircus and Luxor. I am sorry but I have small kids and we always end up staying at a family friendly casion like CircusCircus.
There is a Steakhouse in CircusCircus, pricey but very good. Pampas Churrascaria is good if you are in mood to eat meat 
Before you buy save some more bucks using a coupon from a coupons site for restaurant.com like Good luck and have fun on your trip.
I’m not sure what restaurants are in Vegas, but at Restaurant.com you just need to type in the zip code (89123) and it will show you what’s available.
I wish you had posted this a few days ago cuz I had a coupon code for it to use at the site below, but it expired now. Bummer!

Andre’s is supposed to be really good, but I would go with Gaetano’s. It has been voted the best Italian restaurant by the review journal a few years in a row. It is about 10 minutes off the strip, so you would need to take a cab. Same goes for Kennedy’s. Honestly, nothing that is on that site seems to be on the strip. If you want to use one of their coupons, you’re gonna need a cab. Hope this helps. Have a fun trip.
