Can you provide some evidence other than anecdotal. I know what the higher execs make from reading the annual reports but I would like to know what these others make.
I’m not referring to the in-house management (proprieteror, FOH, or kitchen manager) but the corporate people who oversee certain districts or areas and who occasionally travel to the stores to check up on things.
Are you talking about the proprietor or the FOH and kitchen managers?
