How do you make the blue cheese crust on Outback Steakhouse’s Victoria’s Crowned Filet?

I love the blue cheese topping on the Filet from Outback Steakhouse. Does anyone know the recipe?

    Haven’t had theirs, but a good one is to mix blue cheese with a little butter, minced garlic and a little chopped tomato and when steak is about done, top it then broil till it’s bubbly and cheese is melted and starts to brown.
