Help Me Please Anyone Working at Outback Steakhouse?

Im going back Monday for my second interview? I heard the questions are very nervewracking. I also heard you have to learn the menu. Ive been a server for a long time so I know ill be okay but ive never been through a process like this before. are there any questions that i should know ahead of time or what to expect? help me you guys. i need this job. and i want it so bad. my friend told me a couple of questions but im so nervous im going to **** a brick.
NOTE:For some of you guys that answered i wonder if you have ever been a server @ a place like Outback. to get hired for this job its a series of interviews and tests. ive never had to go through a process like this before but its helpful because its beneficial in the end. you have to first apply, then take a 50-75 test, then go through two interviews that consits of hard hitting questions as well as memorizing the menu which does not take only a couple of hours. you may think its not a big deal but many people have not passed the interview process. if you cant give any useful information, dont give any at all please.

    My sis works there, she said it’s not that bad BUT you have to be very calm and very personable because they want you to be just chummy with your customers. So, don’t act all nervous, just calmy laugh it off if you don’t know an answer. Let them know you’re confident enough to just ask another coworker.

    They must have seen something in you that they liked in the 1st interview so do not ***** it up by trying to fix yourself for another interview.

    Answer honestly and to the very best of your ability and be polite.

    No question is “nervewracking” if you do not try and answer they way you think the want you to answer, be yourself.

    Calm down…it’s a server job-how nerveracking can an interview be?
    Learning the menu should take only an hour or 2 if you’re not a complete retard.

    That 50-75 test is a personality test. I’ve gotten hired at similar restaurants on the spot before i even knew the menu, they just expect once you have been hired you know the menu before your training is up. Still get to know the menu before as an added bonus. And their interview questions will not be about the menu itself, but more to get to know you and what kind of work ethic you carry. Remember, not many outback interviewees stroll in with the full knowledge of the menu. That would be a managers dream. Some don’t even know how to serve before they begin.

    If the manager is hard edged and seems to be extremely outgoing, they might throw some crazy questions out there. It’s happened. They are questions that make you think, so if you run into that, talk out loud as you come to a conclusion because it will show them you analyzed your answer instead of drawing a blank and choosing something random. Also your conclusions should have more than one answer.
