I certainly do not think you should do that. Who will know what “Heath hour” is? and why would a management rename their happy hour? If you want, go speak to the owner, but I think i know what the answer will be.

Taking into consideration that he accidentally overdosed himself to death, naming a happy hour after him is hardly appropriate. Outback Steakhouse might take a dim view of your proposal.
