Our restaurant has been in business for probably about 20 years, so we do have our regular customers, but since economy is not the best, neither has been our business. I am doing some self promotion and I would like to mail coupons to potential customers who live within a mile radius to my restaurant. I cannot afford to pay for a service to give me the addresses and i do not wish to purchase pre-addressed labels, just do the mailing in house. Any suggestions?

In the old OLD days, I could use yahoo phone book and it showed adjacent neighbors etc but i don’t see that it does that now.
