		<description>Yes,  the franchises are all separate.  As long as they post where you can see it before you purchase it, they can change the coupon rules.  They can decide not to accept coupons at all.  I would just let them know you will be going to another Subway who will let you by the more expensive sandwich with your coupon.</description>
